Rickeyta Starks is a faith-driven entrepreneur, founder, and the woman behind two intentional ventures, The SHED Women's Group, a community for goal-driven Christian women, and I Run My Own Ads, where she teaches founders to take ownership of their own marketing. A wife and homeschooling mother of three, she has spent over 11 years at the intersection of faith, business, and community. building things that last on purpose, not by accident.

Natalie Nicole is the founder and CEO of Amplified Essence, a personal branding studio and creative space for entrepreneurs ready to show up and be seen, and the founder of Impackedful Creative, a purpose-driven brand and design agency serving 150+ brands across 17+ industries. She is a fiancée, bikini competitor, and serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience helping brands grow through strategic design and intentional positioning. She creates with purpose and builds with impact.

What is the dress code?
We recommend business casual, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you feel confident and cute for your free headshot!
Is there free parking?
Yes, there is free parking on site at Amplified Essence Studio.
What if I can't make it after I register?
Due to the limited number of spots available and this being a donation-based event the event is non-refundable but your ticket is transferable. Just email the name, phone number, and email, of the woman you would like to gift your ticket to and we'll take from there.
What should I expect?
Real conversation. Real connection. A room of women who get it, and something you can actually take with you.
Is there a phone policy?
Due to sensitive topics being discussed and us wanting to make this an open space for transparency, we ask for no phones during the structure small group conversations.
